At Sluggers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges on unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and securely attach it to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
